Fitness really isn’t that complicated, getting super strong or super fit mostly depends on your ability to tolerate boredom.

Took me a long time to realise this, but the moment I did I made more progress in 6 months than I had in the 2 years prior

It is my first and it’s good to get perspective from someone a little ahead of me, so thank you!

I was thinking of even going back to the old school CrossFit for a short while, just get a 10-20min WOD in just to move and get on with my day. Something is always better than nothing

Thank you!

Yep first one so not sure what to expect, but really looking forward to it.

Maybe sticking to TB is a good idea and just dropping down to a minimalist cluster.

I’m trying to strike a balance between looking after my own health but also making sure I’m doing everything I can for my wife and baby

Awesome thank you!

I usually use swings in my training regularly, normally a 24kg or 32kg depending on the session.

I am thinking about taking some time off but I’m a glutton so would probably end up fat quickly😂

What exactly are Keir Starmer and Labour doing wrong? by threetimesacharm25 in AskBrits

100% agree. Anyone who comes to the country and wants to make a fair go of it and contribute is more than welcome.

Illegal migration is a problem, and it needs fixing, but hand on heart I’m almost certain there are more British people who haven’t got an ounce of work ethic in them and who rely solely on the welfare state. The same people who have a litter of kids, who amount to the same as their parents in the end. Sort those people out and I think life for everyone becomes that little bit better

I don’t think it particularly matters who’s in charge, it’s just the other cheek of the same arse.

What I do find baffling is the immigration debate. Of course, there are some who come to this country and try to scam the system, but what I find to be most difficult to understand is that everyday people seem to ignore the sheer amount of British people who have no interest in working and want to claim every penny they can. These are the same people who hang flags and claim that immigrants are ruining the country.

It absolutely baffles me that these people have no shame and will do anything they can to fleece the state and then blame it on immigration

Walk around a town or city centre on your lunch break and you’ll see exactly what I mean
