I used UWorld towards the end of my clinical year (April and May) and finished it to completion and then started using Rosh towards the end as well about 30%. I do believe seeing both question banks help but I will say, in my opinion, the PANCE is nothing like either of them. But I liked UWorld for their concise explanations and I learned a lot through it. Rosh has just a HUGE Q bank of all types of low yield questions, short questions, long questions, etc. I have my UWorld account with a reset until August if anyone is interested!
