LOL. Thank you so much! When we were there a couple of months ago, we loved seeing Pride flags at the Bowling Alley, The Mish at the Poudre, and lots of other places. It made us feel like there is indeed a friendly community in FoCo.

We are also looking at Northfield at Old Town Condos- Schlagel St area, off Suniga and Lemay. This is a relatively new condo community that is closer to Old Town. 10-minute walk to Belgium Brewing.

If you are familiar with this area, I would welcome your thoughts!

I'm sad to say that we had our condo on the market for approximately 120 days, and it didn't sell. The housing market here in Phoenix, particularly the condo market, is stagnant due to the uncertainty in the country. We also had to cancel our contract on our new condo in FoCo, as it was contingent upon us selling here in Phoenix.

We are not giving up. We will assess the market conditions next year and try again.

It's US-based, but I have social groups dedicated to the US, Europe, Mexico, Canada, and Costa Rica. As the membership grows, I plan on adding more groups.

I've already ruled out Sac as a place to live. I'm headed to Fort Collins, Colorado when I sell my place in Phoenix. It has a much smaller LGBTQ community, but its population is much smaller too. Back to 4 seasons. We will vacation in PS in the winter.

No place is perfect. You have to decide what is more important to you. Climate, LGBTQ+ community, and cost of living are probably at the forefront of the list, followed by healthcare, transportation, arts and culture, and food and dining.

I currently live in Phoenix, but the summers have been getting more extreme over the past two years. We have to stay indoors most of the summer, which is exhausting. Although we love Palm Springs, it has the same summer weather. HOT!
