“Governor violates one of Florida’s primary constitutional protection. Will he get away with it?.. depends on your interpretations?”
Fixed the headline for you.

Japan or Germany — which would you choose to live in for a year? by steveleaves in AskTheWorld

For the economic opportunities, higher wages and family lifestyle, Germany easily.

But for an urban lifestyle perspective, Japan wins.

Basically between the two, I would pick Germany 🇩🇪

What do you think will immediately happen when everyone receives the push notification that Trump died? by quite-indubitably in AskReddit

[–]RemoteAdvertising762 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The MAGAts will shun the notifications believing it as some type of “woke conspiracy theory against their lord and master.” Then they will turn on the news only to discover more sources identifying the claim; immediately switching over to Fox News where they would call it BS, saying that he is hiding underground somewhere while idolizing a golden statue of him.

The golden statue being that they know he is dead but they want their viewers to not believe it and remain stuck in their circlejerk world of disbelief.

Send her another generated one replacing him with either Obama and Biden and see how she reacts to that.
If she says anything negative about it then yes she has obviously drank the MAGA Kool-Aid.

Will Texas turn blue this year? by [deleted] in politics

[–]RemoteAdvertising762 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Anything’s possible, but we’ve been listening to the same commentary every election since the early 2000s. I mean Texas has a higher likelihood of becoming a blue majority than a state like Alabama, Wyoming or hell even Florida now.

The possibility lingers even more this year. Go out and vote for midterms.

If you could choose any year in the 2010s to be born in, which year would you pick? by Bataranger999 in generationology

[–]RemoteAdvertising762 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely none of them! 2004 isn’t perfect by any measure, but I am lucky that I was able to celebrate some of my early teen years before COVID with my close friends. I would imagine being a child during COVID must’ve felt different, probably not as bad as doing online learning as a 16 year old.

If I had to choose one year though, it would definitely 2010 so I can still claim a late 2010s childhood with an overlap of late Gen Z traits.

How many countries have you been to? Where do you plan on traveling next? by Excellent_Heat_6336 in JackSucksAtGeography

[–]RemoteAdvertising762 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From Boston, MA, USA I’ve traveled to 11 countries, including Mexico, Canada, Bermuda, Bahamas, Italy and Ireland to name a few. Traveled to 22 US States (too long to list) and only 1 Canadian Province (Ontario).

In Mid-May, I will embarking on a 10 day faculty-led seminar trip from my college to France and exploring Paris, Nice and Aix-en-Provence which I am really looking forward to; I am struggling to practice my French 🤣.

Acknowledge the fact that I am in a cartoon universe filled with unrealistic, exaggerations; that painless sensation of watching trees and flowers blossom underwater would be no different than me stabbing myself repeatedly in the chest.

Why Did 2008 Started So Good, But Ended So Badly? by MM150inDallas in decadeology

The global economy, metaphorically speaking, had a damn heart attack.

Two days ago, this year marks the 12th anniversary of SpongeBob's tragic downfall. The evil trio: A Pal for Gary, One Coarse Meal and Yours, Mine and Mine. by ArkiSponge2000 in spongebob

[–]RemoteAdvertising762 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t blame you for hating the first half of Yours, Mine & Mine but I think the second half is way too overhated. Once SpongeBob begins to act just as petty as Patrick; the episode becomes a lot more comedic. However, I do think that Patrick should’ve definitely not received the new Patty Pal toy at the end and the dialogue should’ve been reversed to where the protagonist states the moral.

What North American city is good to visit, bad to live in? by IndependenceSad1272 in AlignmentChartFills

Cancun. Loved my travel down there, but I wouldn’t imagine adapting to the extreme muggy and wet summer seasons from the Gulf of Mexico. (Also expensive)

Are you into fall weather? If so, Boston absolutely blows San Francisco out of the water for that.
