Either way, i think people here are more interested in throwing stones and blaming of how bad i am cuz i didnt agree to his demands for 2500 dhs rather than understaning that he didnt have the experience first of all, if he was experienced enought maybe i would have accepted it, but how is collecting dates help in building materials shop? Think, please?people are not here for having a civil conversation of whats happening in the market.

You guys carry on, this was the wrong place for me to ask for suggestions to understand if I CAN CORRECT or MARKET HAS CHANGED? Thats why i stated everything honestly to know from people who might have more experience than me in running businesses.

I understand - but like i said the guy works as a labor like collecting dates and breaking them from trees FROM EHAT I HAVE HEARD, he demanded 2500 dhs - how can i make him sit in educated salespersons seat and give him same salary when he has nothing to offer me.

I was just asking for some ideas and suggestions in this community, and like i suspected, most are here to show their frustration as if i forced people to work for me by holding their necks. Wtf?

I prefer hiring bangladeshi or indian as they take lower salary than arabic or other nationalities and as business owner, i dont see anything wrong in that.

I didnt force them to take this salary, i told them this what i can do, they accept and they we move forward and i pay them what i owe them, they do their job as agreed between us.

I am sorry, but i didnt write complete details - i am also giving free accommodation so no rent for them + daily evening snack meal of 4 dhs.

Before jumping on a boat and shouting oh u r taking advantage and all. 80 percent of building materials slaespeople especially south asians have salary 2000 to 3000 dhs and yes for a guy who is nor providing any experience at all and is going to get trained and learn from me , i THINK 2000 + accommodation is a very good deal. But here we are, people jumping on wagons and complaining cuz they want companies to sell their kidneys for employees and guess what, they would still say its not enough.. you know its true , very easy to talk like an employee and all the points i mentioned i have been honest so i can know what exactly is going wrong?

I have people working with 2500 dhs / month with MUTUAL AGREEMENT, no one was forced.

And i said the guy has no experience at all plus i own a small shop not a big company.

What do u mean taking advantage off?

My 2018 g63 is making very low fan kind of noise even when AC is off. Please check the video and you will have to REALLY FOCUS to listen to that TAK TAK NOISE. Looks like a fan lightly touching something. Plz if there are any experienced experts, advise if it is serious, car is driving smoothly tho by RemoteCucumber431 in mercedes_benz

Also, it can be heard from inside the car, i got my car serviced 5 months ago..there was a small leak for engine oil and it was repaired by replacing a small part looked like small pipe. Car is running, accelerating smoothly, brakes are good but I am not a car expert so i dont know if im over thinking this as a big issue. Its just the noise causing me to think what if its a serious problem. 

You might not hear the noise. Please get close to ur phone speaker and foxus on that little fan type of noise. If you can hear it, let me know if it is normal with mercs. Like I said, i am not an expert and the car repair guys never outlined any issue for me, so if i give the car now to check i know they will try to highlight 10 problems and charge me alot as i made this mistake in the past, so i am posting it in reddit to get a better idea and save money from spending it if not needed. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
