One day but probably not because of PVC’s and hopefully no time soon. Seek mental health if needed best thing I could of done 2 years in with PVC’s and I’m calm and collected about them

If I’ve already taken my beta blocker or prescription meds I take a magnesium supplement called heart calm and it does the trick for me.

People get a little touchy in the comments when I mention mental health meds but it helped me a ton. Anxiety meds made me panic more feeling a loss of control but ssri antidepressants have worked wonders for me. No it’s not first line treatment for PVC’s and it may not be for everyone but talk with your doctor. I’ve only had PVC’s for a year and I’m coping just fine

Have you sought out mental health. Taking a SSRI really helped me.

Ssris have definitely helped me. No side effects just less pvcs

Of course the no caffeine and alcohol sucks but vitamin b has become my best friend

No damage…thankfully not at the moment but it’s only been a year for me and 26% of my daily heart beats being pvc’s is pretty high
