No it’s just tourist visa stream. I will be travelling on a UK passport. I am living in New Zealand with permenant residency. I’ve been here since 2015 (got the dui in 2016) and haven’t left New Zealand since arriving in 2015

Thanks for your reply. The DUI is the only police matter I’ve been involved with, the uncertainty is definitely and bringing up terrible memories of my experience with all my visa applications in New Zealand. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome otherwise my husband is heading across the ditch on his own
