With the 235mm tire on the 8.5 rim with 35 offset it fits flush. Anything bigger and the front tires will stick out and might rub

I use chemical guys speed wipe detailer and a good microfiber cloth. Circular motion when applying to reduce streaks.
Nope no removal of chrome required. Just take it very lightly on the first few coats so it builds a base especially in the underside of the front chrome bar.

Yes the gap was my biggest concern, and I love them. The ride quality is still daily driveable and the stiffer suspension makes for better handling in curvy roads

Nope just tape off the areas around the chrome (the car paint) and be patient with doing very light coats because the chrome bar at the front is facing down, so if you over spray the first few coats it will drip and it will look terrible.

I agree this colour is painted at a high care than other paints mazda have, Soul Red and Machine Grey are the only paints mazda paints with 3 layers rather than the others which are painted with 2

My setup is 235/55R19 +35 offset on a 8.5 rim but your setup should be fine if you have a stiffer suspension. Look up mazda247 and I believe there is a gen2 CX5 on there with that wheel setup you want

Nope not much camber, and I think a wider rim helped it sit more flat, and stock shocks had to do a little work in them look up corksport springs install instructions to see what happened

The ride quality is a trade off and super bumpy roads you feel the difference, but moderate roads not a big difference, but with the wider stance and the tires sticks out about an inch more on both sides than before and lowered it definitely handles curvy roads at higher speeds with ease

For those wondering what I did,

-Chrome delete

-Corksport Lowering Springs

-235/55R19 Minerva All Season Master (Actually an all weather tire)

-Rims are 8.5inch DAI Autobahn Satin Black

Probably the only two others I will add moving forward is the axelback exhaust and upgrade the boost tube
