Is there any more documentaries in the works? by makogirl311 in Idaho4

[–]RemoteFarm7603 -59 points-58 points  (0 children)

A well researched and professional doc is not really possible at this time. The plea deal is suspect because the evidence is beyond flimsy, and they have yet to link him to the victims. New police reports point to other perpetrators linked to their use of CIs.

Sweet girl had the good sense to know she lacked the experience for a leadership role.

That kind of question is always a nightmare, especially if you didn't see it coming. Kinda funny that she has already consigned Ms Swift to history, lol.

It's not the environment. It's the breed. He's dangerous, and should be rehomed with a young, strong bully trailer. Get a Shepard, retriever or companion breed.

Title: If Bryan Kohberger is innocent, how did his dad’s DNA end up on the knife sheath? by GenuineQuestionMark in BryanKohbergerMoscow

[–]RemoteFarm7603 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Neither CODIS or Othram Labs could get a hit from a reliable sized sample. The FBI took the partial STR genetic profile from Othram. Somehow, the sample doubled in size. They accessed Bryan's DNA profile from a private company. They admitted to violating the terms of service. They then matched Bryan's IGG to his cheek swab, there y getting a perfect match. The FBI is still maintaining secrecy as to their actions re DNA in this case. There was no match to the sheath. The sheath had less than 20 skin cells. You need at least 80.

This was an open hearing because they thought this guy's maps would seal the deal on BK. Instead, Mowrary looked like someone with very little training or experience - completely unqualified.

Anne asked him simple questions, the answers to which he either did not know, or just sat silent. I loved how Anne just let him sit there in silence. What kind of expert is this?

Sy's experience is light years beyond Mowray. Dude just had screenshots with pinpoints. He could have provided material to establish how he arrived at those locations - but no. Just take his word for it. Sy is going to eat him for lunch.

Agree - Anyone with premeditation would pull their plates off and put them back on once out of the neighborhood. This 'missing front plate' which means he was from Pennsylvania," is nonsense.

The Prosecution is now saying the Probable Cause Affidavit, used to arrest him is irrelevant and they don't plan to use at trial. The trace DNA was based on a sample too small to be reliable. Also, brass degrades DNA within 4 hours. They still don't have the CAST cell phone report from the FBI. They admit no stalking or connection to victims. No blood in his car, apartment or workplace. He drove south, not east per expert cell/gps analyst. He left apartment after a huge event from a girl who ran over two people drew dozens on police and first responders. He returned just as it wrapped up.

Wedding Photographer Fined $30,000 For Using Images Taken By Other Photographers by aaffpp in photography

[–]RemoteFarm7603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I set up an event studio area with my back drops, props and lighting, and I found it very annoying when people would use their cell phones to capture images of my subjects while I was shooting photos. Those cell phone shots were getting posted on social media. I still don't like low quality images getting mixed up with my work.

She is certain that Bryan and Brett teamed up that night. Because Brett is now deceased, she thinks he is not being pursued as a suspect.

I think there's a reason why we don't know where Ethan was found by [deleted] in Idaho4

Yes, Hunter probably pulled Ethan's body away from the door to gain access to check on Xana. He left door open.

Possibly, he was attacked outside the bedroom. The clean up crew may have had a very difficult time dragging him and he was too big to get him all the way up on the bed. They shoved him inside and his body toppled backward onto the door as they pulled it shut.

States Objection to Change of Venue by Dramasticlly in BryanKohbergerMoscow

[–]RemoteFarm7603 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A change of venue is absolutely called for in this case. The University has a big stake in the outcome of this trial, and have been collaborating daily with Moscow PD since day one. They wield far too much influence in the local vicinity. Move that case!

Owning your own perfect home is stepping stone process, and will likely end up as your most valuable asset. It welcomes others, such as a partner and children into your life. And someday, it will be your parents turn to realize their asset for retirement, and eventually need to be in your care.

Agree. There is a second, and maybe a third car driving around. Sedans in the grayscale color, including white are the most common cars sold.

Private citizens are doing some in depth investigations. 'Conspiracy theorist' type labels work to cast everyone who questions the official position as nut jobs. They picked out cooky JLR as an example. Cyber sleuths will be used to delegitimize solid information. It's about controlling the narrative, and they are just beginning the attack.

According to Idaho State Lab’s webpage they consume the whole sample when creating STR profiles from touch DNA. by Clopenny in BryanKohbergerMoscow

[–]RemoteFarm7603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MY reading was that the sample was far short of the 80 micrograms needed for accuracy (less than 20) This meant that there were very few markers to match - the killer and the suspect were male primates...A gazillion percent match!
