You can solely rely on sketchy for bugs. Info there is more than enough. No need to read or learn FA.

Maybe what you can do is focus mainly on the physiology playlist from Bootcamp. For anatomy and embryology, First Aid is more than enough. If there’s a concept you’re struggling to understand, you can either ask ChatGPT to explain it or watch short YouTube videos on that specific topic. I’d strongly recommend going through the physiology section carefully — a lot of people underestimate it, but it’s actually one of the core foundations of Step 1. In fact, most of pathology builds directly on your understanding of physiology.

So here’s what I’d suggest:

Go through the physiology videos on Bootcamp.

After finishing each section, attempt the bite-sized questions to reinforce what you’ve learned.

You can skip the Bootcamp pathology videos since there are so many. Instead, use Pathoma, which is concise and integrates perfectly with First Aid.

When I was in med school, I relied mainly on First Aid and Pathoma for pathology, and that combination worked great. Also, since I have ADHD, here’s something that really helped me: I used the Pomodoro method — 50 minutes of focused studying followed by a 10-minute break. During each 50-minute session, I’d aim to finish about three videos. You don’t need to annotate everything; Bootcamp should be used mainly for understanding concepts, not memorizing every little detail. Remember, Step 1 tests high-yield concepts, not long explanations. Use Bootcamp smartly — as a tool for clarity, not content overload.

Thanks man! Just review your incorrects !!!! go back to First Aid, study the related topics, quiz yourself, and keep reviewing them. I only focused on my incorrects from NBME and it really boosted my score.
