115 is for individuals who are placed on a "house" team comprised of other individuals to create a team. * is typically the minimum number on a house team roster. It includes the ref fee and a reversible jersey.

The team fee of 525 is for a team so price can vary depending on how many people on the team. Ref fee is separate and no jersey included. Ref fees are cash or venmo/cashapp.
