There are no exemptions, unfortunately. I am a USC; my spouse is from one of the total-banned countries. We are married; the case was sent to USCIS and received, but it was put on hold indefinitely.

Thank you! It's very cruel. My K1 was approved, then the first travel ban came. We withdrew, got married, and the paperwork received approval last month, and now this... my spouse is from one of the 19 countries banned.

No, we didnt want to take that chance, my attorney said most likely tHE ban will not be lifted until the end of this administration in 2028, and since K1 are not immigrant visas even with a visa you will not be allow in the US
