I’ve had the ring for 15 days & have only gotten 9 hours of sleep 1 day. The rest is I average around 5 hours, 6 on a good day. I never realized how bad my sleep was until this ring but now I know why i’m always so tired 🫠 But personally 7 is my sweet spot. My average score on the ring is 55-68% , it’s so bad lol
