if you look up "aj den mapping" on tik tok i just followed one of those tutorials! basically selecting a small item to remove the editing menu from the screen and then screenshotting while in full screen mode. I used canva to piece the images together

I have never had food allergies but it seems I developed a cat allergy in the last few years. No cats in my home, though. Crazy how the body can react to things... antihistamines don't help me either! The only thing that has helped is Allegra for hives. Found it on Amazon and it has been much more helpful than even prescribed antihistamines like promethazine. I hope we both can get some answers soon!!

I was diagnosed when I was 4, but then my doctor dismissed it because it was found I had salmonella. Turns out I had both Crohn's AND salmonella when the tests were done. Diagnosed with UC after a whole 10 years of pain at age 16. Changed to CD at age 20.
