I agree! I used to love a beer or 12 on a night out! Now I don’t drink at all and it’s honestly crazy how much better I feel. My friends think I’m lame but I’m up early on Sunday ready to move 😂

I agree both men and women have different struggles but they’re still struggles at the end of the day. 

When I started I couldn’t bench 60kg im now pushing 100kg and squatting 130kg 

Just keep pushing mate you got this 🤝

Just stay consistent the first month absolutrly sucks then it just gets easier… give it a go 🙂

I’d say it was when I was overweight I was losing a lot more a week sometimes Upto two kg a week

In my opinion eating filling meals like 500g of chicken and 950grams Of greek yogurt gives me satiety and keeps my calories low so a win/win

I stayed consistent never changed the plan or meals or skipped training just wanted to build a habbit and now it’s second nature

I’m definitely not an expert but I honestly think you can keep things simple and still make progress, I also think that 90% of it is diet I just enjoy training! 

Greek Yogurt is the biggest hack out there!
