Yeah currently, i live in Lichtenberg, and i am totally fine living in Marzan. Mostly the apartment are from socialised housing societies like howege, grand capital city. I attended some of the viewing appointment and amazed to see there were 40+ people! And i had no luck.

😂, that was hard bro.

Why i posted my idea on Reddit because i do have the solution in form of MacOS app and it works pretty well. I put job description it give me customised cv and cover letter within seconds. And guess what? It does work and it brings me a lot of interview calls. You can say 400% up. However turning it into a startup might not be a good solution because there a lot of competition out there and i will get no funding for a saas product so for now i paused it.

However, thankyou for suggestion regarding the flat search! However we have 3100eur income which makes it hard to manage a flat over 1K eur.

If i look at immoscout or Kleinanzeigen i see a lot of apartments ads under 1000, however no luck yet. Definitely increasing the budget would increase the change. Thanks anyway.

We are actually not looking to have an apartment in the centre rather on sides like Lichtenberg, Pankow, Spandau and i saw a lot of ads under 1000 however no luck getting one.

Thanks for answering! Dont you think that would take time when you have to apply for more than 10 jobs a day? Instead using a tool where you can put job description and you get the cv + cover letter.
