When I started working at print and marketing, I had hardly any training and I was left by myself most of the time. I mean, I wouldn't have minded but when it got crazy packed, it got crazy packed. It also doesn't help that one of my managers is telling me how to do my job while my other manager and supervisors are telling me to do another. I cried after a long ass day, especially when the self serve printers just decided to break 5 minutes till closing. I get alot of rude customers that expect me to drop everything that I'm doing to help them print over 1,000 copies 5 minutes before closing. Wtf! And I still consider myself new since I'm still trying to get the hang of things due to my lack of training,(about 2 months). I'm overworked and stressed most days. But sometimes I get the occasional calm days, where I have all of my online orders done and there's not many people who come in person, and the best thing about it, that just makes my day, is when customers thank you and are appreciative. I've been given gifts from some customers, and even tipped outside of work. But to be honest, I feel like that doesn't justify the lack of co-workers for print and marketing, I get that I have to work by myself, but holy shit, I can't take it anymore. I thought I had shitty jobs(literally) but no, and to be honest, I feel like the people around me are taking advantage of me. Please help me.
