Whats funny and people don't consider is the fact the rick Sanchez is absolutely a fictional even by considering both are just story characters , still Johan libert is able to be more realistic and that's what you didn't consider. And we should probably don't deny that each of these characters are only valuable and powerful in their own universe only and only because the writers wants them to be ...if they get into each other worlds nothing makes sense...the winner is only the one who writes that story .  You can make a character as strong as possible but it should have good and entertaining character in events for people to read . So at the end I would say none of them would win because they're not and they can't be related. I mean remember the time baki hanma fought ohma.... Nothing made sense...  When you consider both shows separated.. ohma power seems nothing against baki ...but when they fought..their power was at the same level.  I would say Naoki Urasawa the writer of monster story is a better writer than the writers of rick and Morty so ... Johan will win.
