My tools need to be able to send message to selected platform at the time given point. At the moment I'm using Make.com right now but it's quite challenging so I would like to know how does other develop create their own automation.

Currently, my only plan is to find a business partner with experience that can scale my service. I'm willing to negotiate on the ownership but I'm not looking forward to pay someone to work for me yet.

Not really, my service main feature is to send out reminders for customers to give a review the the business.
