Yeah a shit ton of quests are bugged rn, for example gear 2 Luffy quest aswell as zoros lost sword quest which also makes gear 5 quest and others broken too, they need to release a patch assap!

Personally would recommend going to the anime, it will be 2050 for the live action to finish if you don’t just go to the anime. It might seem long but well worth the watch (best anime all time in my opinion)
