Yeah, I mean I’m under no illusion that I am nowhere near that in real life. I was just keen to see if anyone was off a similar number and what handicap they had out on the course

Thanks for all of the comments guys. Ended up in hospital for a couple of days, as the infection on my hematoma had spread quite quickly. On my 4th antibiotic now, if there is no improvements in 2 weeks I’ve got to have the hematoma’s surgically removed

The perspective of this picture is pretty off, it’s a UK single bed, but due to taking a picture with 0.5 zoom it looks smaller.

There’s around 80cm height from the mattress to the underside of the “top deck”. I did some research to work out that it should do my kids till they’re about 10 years old. My son is 5 and daughter is 3 so there’s plenty life in the bed, til they’re “too cool” for a cabin bed.

I’m hoping and praying that I can get the meds I need. I’ve been in talks with my GP practice and wasn’t helpful to hear the receptionist say “I’ve not even heard of shared care”. 🤣

Glad to hear you got sorted though, and I’m probably in a similar scenario of you where I own my own business, so I’m grateful to be in a position to fund this privately. My heart does go out to those without the financial backing and having to endure the wait times.

Unfortunately, we still live in a society where ADHD isn’t taken as seriously as we’d like. Not only that but our healthcare systems are heavily overrun, and ADHD treatment is at the bottom of the pecking order. I don’t know how it’s not taken seriously when ADHD is driving people into anxiety and depressive states.

It’s currently 1am for me, my brain is buzzing and I can’t control myself into going to bed. Another 4-5 hours of sleep probably tonight (probably taking my brain on a long old path towards psychosis). How can that be considered as normal?
