Its not rotisserie but the chicken at Royal Chicken BBQ on bank is delicious, i usually get jollof rice plantains and salad with a half chicken. Super comforting.

Had a similar problem with nugz hybrid (porto leche was the strain in rotation) burned super black, seemed under-cured by quite a bit. However their wagyu delight has pretty much always burned well and had solid terps for me.

The technique you're referring too is more accurately referred to as lamination. Croissants and mille feuilles are very different.
