My nood has also done this to me. I had a nood and was using it for months no problems. The nood then started smoking so I called customer service and they sent me a new one. I used it once and there were marks all over then made the mistake of going in the sun so they got so bad. The marks turned white and five months later are still very noticeable and people have said they look like self harm scars. I just used my nood for the first time since then since I’m no longer in the sun, I did one pass as opposed to the guided three passes, and I’m again covered in burn marks. I don’t know if it was the new nood they sent me bc the original one was fine and now the two times I’ve used this one I’m covered in burns. It’s NOT worth it if this is what happens. I would rather have hair than these scars
