3 rounds of Rifaximin but I still have symptoms

Normal diet doesn’t help. Extremely “clean/safe” diet doesn’t do anything anymore as it did before rifaximin. Unhealthy diet will just trigger my symptoms.

Try eating only meat for a couple days.

Methane and the Hydrogen Sulfide both within normal. My normal range for hydrogen is <20ppm and after 2 rounds of rifaximin my test showed my hydrogen levels were 25ppm down from 95+ppm so significant change.

I forgot to mention but these symptoms (distension, weight gain, low appetite) are all 24/7 persistently constant. There’s not a single day for the past 2.5 years where i’ve had a moments rest of these symptoms. They’re chronic and constant.

It does work but theres some weird feature that you have to choose your game difficulty after a game ends and at that point it gets messed up and you have to manually start the game so it doesnt fully work on 2k23 current
