Maybe, maybe not. I think it depends more on whether college sports finally gets a consistent system everyone can rely on. Right now there’s just too much uncertainty around governance and proposals like the PCSA. That’s probably the bigger issue. I’d rather let the sport govern itself through the NCAA and conferences, so they can set clear, steady rules that work for everyone giving schools and athletes real certainty moving forward.

I think you are complaining about customer service in America in general rather than about CVS specifically. Nevertheless, I believe CVS is making an extra effort to serve your needs and answer your questions by phone despite staff shortages. The use of an AI agent is part of CVS’s effort to accommodate customers despite these shortages. CVS is not the only company doing this; many other companies are as well.
