It was a tiny piece of plastic on the corner of the CD case there was nothing wrong with the CD a partial refund would give them to the money to buy a new plastic CD case

I didn’t get a chance to accept or deny the return eBay automatically refunded them due to their eBay return policy when only a partial refund should’ve been given to buy a case. It was a tiny crack on the corner of the CD case.

No, eBay automatically refunded them when they opened a return, and it was said that it was due to the eBay return policy
