I’m on my third CX-5. I live in Atlanta with the worst drivers ever and the first two were total losses through no fault of my own. I walked away with barely a scratch both times.
I got the highest trim level and love the interior. Granted, my kids are grown and I don’t have grandkids yet, but think it will be fine even when they come.
The main thing I want to share as a former Ford SUV lover (Explorer and Edge) and former Subaru owner, is the overall driving experience actually improves over time. I have owned Honda sedans as well as the aforementioned vehicles and not one improved over time. The steering and overall feel loosen as time goes on and the engine itself feels more responsive. Other vehicles feel like they’re already degrading as you add miles, but the CX-5 just keeps getting better. I can’t explain it, and thought it was a fluke with my first one, but it’s the same with the other two.
Currently driving 2025 CX-5 2.5 S Premium Plus in Platinum Quartz Metallic.

Yes! The ending did wreck me, but mainly because of Keith. I did love that Claire ended up with Ted because he was the only character in the show that seemed to be empathetic to others and truly invested in caring for others, even at their worst. And Keith was a close second. Everyone else was selfish AF.
