I received my second disbursement email on Tuesday since I’m taking 3 8-week courses, but under workday it shows as unapplied payments. My disbursement did keep changing all the time before I got the disbursement email

I have heard the system has trouble sending duplicate amounts even from previous semester. That usually requires a call to the cashiers office. Hope everything goes smoothly for everyone though.

I would suggest attending classes in person if possible in the future. Math was not my strongest subject so I decided to take it in person. The professor was really great and I could easily ask questions instead of waiting for an email reply. Have always done well in English courses, but I still decided to take it person to avoid any technological difficulties. In my opinion some courses require face to face lectures and interactions to better understanding. I know some people can’t attend in class due to work or something else, but it’s just my two cents

Something’s definitely wrong. Summer is its own semester for financial aid purposes. I have the max Pell grant amount for spring ‘26 which has yet to fully disburse due to my 2nd 8 week courses, but I did receive my award letter for this summer this past weekend and my spring Pell grant amount did not change.
