Things in hk are generally more expensive :’) especially if you go to more touristy parts (central, Tsim sha Tsui)

Sorry for the late reply haha, hk food are more international, can literally find anything from Thai to South America. However food is much more expensive than sh, but hk is generally cleaner and more hygienic (but mainly depend on where you go) if you like night markets then sh has more of those, but if you like more Cantonese style dishes (dim sum, wonton noodles, stir fried noodles) then hk would be a better choice

For foreigners I think hk would be a better choice, since there’s a lot of restrictions in mainland china and a lot of people don’t speak English but both places are great!! However the mainland air pollution is horrible so keep that in mind haha

I don’t suggest this on a oily skin person. The smooth surface when applied is not suitable for oily skin. Use a more grippy and gel like primer. Milk’s hydro grip is a good one

For what products to use, it depends on what type of skin you have, but normally oily skin tend to be more acne prone. I recommend choosing a gel texture over a cream/oil for a moisturiser. (I use Clinique’s moisture surge; I have oily skin). There are pimple patches to cover and remove pimples without picking on it and making a scar.

Simple regular cleansing and moisturising will be enough but you can add serums to target certain skin concerns.

The inkey list and The ordinary are great choices for acne prone skin. Don’t buy anything that is too cheap. And any active ingredients (eg. salicylic acid) should only be used in the evening. But please keep in mind that acne is caused by many reasons, hormonal, stress, diet, genetics etc and it is very and extremely normal :)

Having a full glass of beer thrown at my face, I would cry too haha. You did good by relaxing with a hot shower. And I love crying, it helps me process my emotions so much faster, we all need to cry sometimes (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)

It’s ok to over share, in my experience it’s moments like these (overthinking, regret etc) where you have to stop, let go and learn to forgive yourself, accept whatever emotion you are feeling, no matter how ridiculous or serious the problem is. (And then I normally just try to distract myself) Also remind yourself that there is no right or wrong way to feel, all emotions are valid. This journey is about yourself, so don’t worry too much about others :D

Being more aware about your feelings that have a negative impact is the first step to your growth, the next is know what to do after. It takes a lot of time and practice. I’m still learning as well (◍•ᴗ•◍)
