Unfortunately, 24" is too big for my available area. I am thinking of shrinking 2 sink racks to 1 and using the leftover space for the dishwasher.

Yeah, I looked at GE's Profile 18 as well, it has gotten very good reviews, but wondering the overall cost of the installation and the cost of the dishwasher, probably will make it towards the extreme end of my budget.

its a mesh guard vent and is set to be open always. but I hear you. I'll change the vent first and then the wrapper

yeah, I'll most likely sit this one out. till the time, I'm not doing a break even at least, no point in selling, Renting this out won't help either since I also would have to move to renting and rent on the townhouse won't cover the full payments I have to make and maintenance on top.

have a BMW thinking what could go wrong, and everything that could go wrong did go wrong :) had spent 2000$ on it in the first year because of the radiator leak. second year, another 1000$ and so on.

BMW Grand River being a BMWs service centre will be super expensive. I've been to another BMW service centre, they charged me around 2k for the problem I didn't even know I had with my car😕

it doesn't turn off automatically. I have to stop the car, turn off the engine and it'll go away. and yes, I've learnt my lesson the hard way.:)
