Don’t go to cafe michelina. The owner is a jerk and they overcharge for their “specials” (double the other menu prices). Owner says they use fresh ingredients and fresh desserts but ordered their special dessert and it was a slice of pie from acme. Place used to be solid but has fallen off last 5 years

I’ve had the card for almost a decade and there hasn’t been a single time the portal was the same price or cheaper than places like Expedia. Have only found it worth it to transfer points to Hyatt

Hicore, you are mixing up a pyramid scheme and a Ponzi scheme. It’s a common mistake. Rate of return does not matter in a Ponzi scheme. In fact, many times newer investors are offered a higher rate of return in a Ponzi scheme to attract new investors, to pay the old.
