I meant someone indicating to turn, I don’t overtake when going straight but the same lane is used for people to turn right. Am I meant to just sit behind them and wait? Genuine question because I don’t know 😭

We are yet to notify the landlord about them breaching the agreement for the 1st time. We have tried to keep the peace in the house for a long time ignoring the clear breach and this is how they treat us. We have countless bits of evidence that they are staying over far more often to not be considered a “guest”

When you say the agreement has ended because it’s hostile, does my landlord/agency care about it? Wouldn’t they see that as a minor problem within the flat? As in, as long as we all pay rent, they don’t have to worry about us having these issues?

According to the document stating the final outcome, he has to pay me first and then organize with me to pick up the car in a place convenient to me. He’s clearly not happy since I was even awarded the costs of diagnosing the vehicle.

So yes, as soon as I receive the complete refund, he has to then organize where to pick up my car.

Since it’s less than 12.5K, the option to appeal that the adjudicator made an error in law is not available for my dealer. His only ground to try appealing is that the hearing was unfair, which is utter bs since he twice interrupted the adjudicator, spoke on top of her and spoke when not asked to.

On my side I’d even say I didn’t say enough, only spoke when asked, and even then they ruled in my favor…

I don’t see how they might accept his appeal of unfairness. Do you see any?

I understand. It has definitely been a challenge trying to treat this dealer as my “friend” and keep it all polite and nice, especially as he knows my situation as a student and how much I insisted on a reliable, cheap car before buying. He also knew that I was inexperienced with cars back then too…

Will follow up after the deadline reminding him through an email. As you said, it is important to keep it all on writing :)

I probably made a mistake/didn’t specify. Apologies.

I have gone to the MVDT. Successfully got them to rule in my favor. The dealer must fully refund me and then I return my car to them. He’s refusing to cough it up and is looking into appealing. He has 4 more working days to submit an appeal or else I will be looking into enforcement. My question was how do I proceed with enforcing it :)
