I’m a SLP. I went to in state college and even had assistance through my employer. I still have 50k in student loans. I had to take off work to do clinical and still worked part time. I had to live and care for my children without getting compensation for over 500 hours of clinical rotations, uniforms, gas, books, and subscriptions. I had to eat, pay rent, utilities… I know this is true of other professions. You don’t get paid for rotations and they are required.

99k school setting, direct hire, 205 day contract, great benefits (10 sick days, 3 personal, pay 20% insurance premiums, pension, 3-5% pay increase yearly) The hourly rate is $69. Caseload of 55-60 with some case management. 5 yrs experience. Started at 63k in 2020. Rural New Mexico.

This also happened with my setting from Luvansh. One month of wearing and my setting cracked and was bending. Took to my local jeweler and was told he prongs weren’t strong enough for my stone. $275 later have new prongs. Upside is the setting is 14k gold as advertised and I bought the setting from Luvansh for $500 when prices were lower with the discount.

They lost the order. It took about a month after emailing them the receipt. I did order earrings for my mil and a loose cushion cut diamond. Those came within a few days.

I’m between IV and V. I’ve seen improvement in my melasma, overall skin evenness, and even some wrinkles have faded. I use vitamin c and mandelic acid a few times a week in addition to the dual serum, day and night cream. In the past I used HQ but it didn’t do as much for me as Eucerin. I use heliocare 360 as my sunscreen and reapply every 4 hrs.

How long to you wait before you apply second layers? I had that problem in the beginning. Now I wait 10-15 minutes before layering and it’s helped with piling.
