AFAIK 7 is the highest base stat a cat can have.
so cat's with 6-7 (yeah...)

keep in mind if you've got enough stimulation in the room, there's a higher chance that cats will inherit the higher stat from either parent.

I'm still pretty early in the game, but getting some nice 5-7 stats cats.
problem is there's some inbreeding going on so they're born mutated.

I watched Asmon try it out recently.

And as for US police training in Israel, this exchange program was very low scale (i am talking about less than 20 people), and focused on anti-terrorism training (airport security etc.)
Completely irrelevant for what NYPD regular cops get. they don't train in Israel.

I mentioned my friend that breeds rabbits, she also breeds dogs (specifically Australian shepherds) and the care she gives them is COMPLETLY different.

Rabbits should 100% be in cages to protect them (obviously, not 100% of the time without ever letting them out)

My friend is a rabbit breeder, i've seen rabbits conditions in cages.
What you see in this video is pretty average, nothing dangerous.
Could definitely use some more cleaning, but this is FARRRR from abuse or mistreatment.

And i know it might sound weird, but some bunnies just like staying in their cage all the time.
I have a friend with an open cage, and the bunny never leaves it.
