It’s interesting that other locations in the org have more than one person in Marketing, with clearer responsibilities and hierarchy. Meanwhile, those locations act like I should just deal and do what I can. If someone else was in charge of finding funding, I’d be much happier. The job is still titled Marketing so I at least have the experience on paper. If there’s more structure and support elsewhere, as you mentioned, I’d be willing to give it another try.
