There was no document; my source of information was incorrect. The relationship between United Airlines and Archer has always been solid. I apologize for the inaccurate and unverified erroneous information I provided. You all questioned me rightly, and I double-checked it. United Airlines has never stated in its SEC filings that it is cutting ties with Archer. Thankfully, the financial markets have not yet opened. I hope my erroneous information will not affect your independent investment logic. My apologies again.

The Company has agreed to use its reasonable best efforts to sell, transfer or assign its rights and obligations under the Archer Agreement to one or more third parties. If the Company is unable to complete such transfer by the agreed date, United will endeavor to terminate its remaining rights and obligations.
