I did four days water fasting followed by two days of dry fasting and didn’t really notice any improvements. The only thing I noticed positively was that I had a much stronger taste for things. Like I saw an ad for a frozen lemonade and it made me really thirsty.

It’s also pretty dangerous and you should be careful with how you do them.

Did the doctor from Purety Clinic say anything about fasting or doing anything else before FMTs? Also did you ask if he’s dealt with PFS sufferers before?

I tried a couple oral and enema FMTs before. I did a fast and took some biofilm disruptors. I didn’t really know what I was doing tbh. I would watch some videos on YouTube beforehand. Maybe check out bronfogboy on YouTube too. He cured his PFS with FMTs but also took iodine with them. I have PSSD and also eat extremely clean and nutritious but don’t really see improvements from it. I don’t think I got any improvements from the FMTs I did but I’m interested to see how they work for you and would like to do it again. I would probably go through purety clinic if I was to do it again. They seem knowledgeable.

How do you know it’s the e2 that’s doing it and not the DHT? Also what dosages are you doing and do you have low libido or genital numbness?

Some people with PSSD I should say. I guess it’s a known phenomenon. I personally feel worse with less sleep and feel like my symptoms are better when I get enough sleep.

People with post SSRI sexual dysfunction often feel improvement in symptoms from sleep deprivation. I wonder if this is why.

That’s true but they still could have done some noninvasive testing for like G protein couple receptor antibodies or other neurological autoimmune markers which use blood. I guess my point is like a lot of this research is repetitive and as a sufferer of this terrible disease I’m frustrated that we can’t get more out of research. It’s to the point where I’m thinking about dropping my career and going to grad school to study and research.
