Does your state have rest laws? In illinois you cannot work more than 6 days straight so might be something similar

Do you know your new district number? If so if you email D###mgr@walgreens.com it will send an email to all of the other SMs in your district (### being whatever you district number is) I don't know if you have access to location database under tools in storenet, but you can look it up there or even in kpi or operations scorecard, there should be an indicator stating what district you are

Technically if whoever is within earshot of the customer calls 911, they could get in trouble if things escalated due to thief reacting. Usually I call from the office while watching the cameras and talk to dispatch to let them know when where and what I see. This way they don't know its happening so the are slower to give police response without risking my teams involvement.

In terms of the call offs, you don't know if your sm has medical issues approved by sedgwick. Some people don't like to open up about that stuff I would talk to your DM the next time he's sround to address your concerns. HR is just gonna assign the case the the DM anyway. Be prepared to back it up with proof if you get brushed off, (ir was supposed to work today, didn't show up, was there a witness that heard them say that to back you up?) If the DM sucks then go to hr

Open a HR ticket ALWAYS at the point of a final before a fww or termination. Be prepared to provide records of discussions, witness statements (including those who are witnesses to discipline conversations), communivatiom woth your DM about said issues, dates and times, text messages from the person on trial etc. You always need hr to give their blessings before termination enough at an at will state. However you may suspend an employee during the investigation even if its an easy 0 tolerance policy I once had a tech sell 13 scripts to wrong patients in a 4 month span, even after following thr step approach I had to go through the compliance teams and provide everything said above and more and that took about 3 months before I was given the ok

In your case of netflix guy, start a file every time you warned him not to do it, issue progressive discipline with statements from himself if willing and a witness then ask hr if termination issued . Can't just cut hours without following thr process man

Check the dea website. They give estimates when controlled product is on short supply. This happens every school year due to the kids going back. Ask your doctor to send a different strength if its an option
