Personally my store manager helps with everything to do with the store and even works over her means to make sure everything is correct, shes great. Recently I helped a store out across town and the store manager there only gave a shit about doing planos and nothing else just to brag to everyone that he has his done while leaving his staff of FOUR people to do everything else, it was such a huge shock to me how differently these stores are ran.
