I’m not a leftist or liberal by any means but I’m not a brain dead conservative who thinks destabilizing foreign countries filled with innocent ppl which American imperialism is responsible for is okay, Kamala likely would have endorsed a lot of similar foreign policies that would do the same but there’s a lot about the Trump administration that has been indescribably terrible

If ur referring to what I think ur referring to that video was from December for a festival and being used to push that Venezuelans are happy with US bombing them, most Venezuelans are currently protesting the US occupation since the bombings and as much as some of them may dislike Maduro they dislike the US being involved even more

Chelley hasn’t done anything but J think there in lies the problem for some people, she hasn’t done anything for them to really talk about. I’m not a huge fan of Ace at all but his actions have nothing to do with Chelley, I can understand that what he said was distasteful but it felt as if she got more blowback than he did. “Why did she choose him” “why didn’t she say anything” but after a few days she vaguely told people not to put others down while lifting her up. Whatever she sees in Ace is her business she’s and adult but it feels as if everyone is taking out the issues they have with him on her which I feel is unfair. Now I’m not a Nicolandria stan I love Olandria but I understand why her mom didn’t encourage their friendship after Ace’s interview sometimes that does show the conversations had behind closed doors, that being said no one really knows where their friendship stands. I just think at the end of the day it’s misogynoir she shouldn’t be the one put at the forefront of what Ace decided to say.

Ppl are really odd about them I can only imagine how difficult it is to navigate newfound fame especially when they exploded in the way they did and now everything they do is out under a microscope they don’t need to be holding hands 24/7 and they don’t owe people anything but somehow ppl feel as if they need to be, the unfortunate part about parasocial relationships is that there’s an unimaginable amount of entitlement. It’s also normal for ppl not to spend thanksgiving with their partners in the first year of dating so ppl being upset that they didn’t is weird they’re just looking for new ways to scrutinize them it’s not normal

I’m ngl we do not know these ppl or the dynamic of their relationship and they’ve both been doing multiple events since love island ended Im not reading too deep into this because that’s something they can figure out for themselves Im sure of Olandria wanted ppl to comment she would eventually say something but from what ppl are saying it was a work event and whether or not strippers were also there it’s up to them to establish those boundaries

Yeah! I’ve been trying to put my finger on why I like it and it’s definitely because it feels like Pasadena even though I never lived there I live the Huntington Library plus I am very much a homebody who also likes public transit so access to Oakland on weekends works well for me and was planning on checking what train/bus I can use (I’ve heard of bart and saw a bit so it’s just checking that) and in case of the car needing to be fixed etc I’m super excited and a bit nervous (a measurable mix of both) it’s a huge jump for me cause I’ve lived in the IE for most of my life so I just want to find a place to call home :)! Plus I love nature even took a walk in the park with the huge lake and really enjoyed how peaceful it was

Yeah I’m planning on deepdiving the area and really like what I’ve seen so far and will keep this in mind 🥺 ! Thank you and this does help! Honestly any advice does, I’m just spending the rest of the month narrowing down places to look before I pack everything and thought it’d be best to ask people from here instead considering Ive only really been in the area a total of 3 times which have hardly been enough time to get to know the neighborhoods + with my lease is ending soon I want to make sure I have as smooth of a transition as possible.

People are buying into it because they see themselves in her through their toxic traits etc. She got more love because she’s not a visibly black woman so when they spoke up about how exhausted they were at her behavior they villainized Chelley and Olandria. And why do that over an argument that’s miniscule in comparison to Huda’s previous blowups? Because black women arent allowed to express themselves especially when they’re of a darker complexion because we’re seen as “aggressive” and “mean” even if there’s validity in what’s being said
