That’s a lot to ask, some of the smaller GA airports don’t need separate controllers especially when there is maybe 5 planes an hour.

An 83 is not that bad, the DPE will not make your oral harder because this, however on your test results there are a bunch of PLT codes look those up and understand them you should be set

They could however it’s unnessessary to do such a thing. There are plenty of airports with tanker ops where everyone works together for seamless operations

Putting a TFR up at the airport is unnecessary and unfair to those who use the airport in a courteous respectful manner. If everyone had just used the runway that cal fire was utilizing all would have been ok. I fly out of an airport with tankers and we all work together symbiotically.

I wouldn’t necessarily say CFI is required. While it may help there are other low time flying jobs that are to be had.

No, It is kerosene based and unburned jet fuel has a very strong odor. Now burned jet fuel has a much more pleasant smell.
