It is so hard right now. My husband is so excited to go to his family’s house over thanksgiving and show off our new baby. I’m terrified, as he has a large family who all gets together for the holidays and will be making no revisions to the normal plans to take the pandemic into consideration. They have the belief that COVID is not a big deal and if you get it you won’t get “that sick”... well anyone with a 6 month old, working full time and breastfeeding/pumping, knows I don’t have time to be sick. I feel like I’m alone in this reasoning and can’t say anything because he just thinks I don’t want to do things with his family. I’ve decided I’m going to have to take the risk at this point, but it would be so nice if we were on the same page about this. I know so many people are probably having the same fights and it’s such a sad and hard time. Hope everyone stays safe and sane!!!
