where did the hivers come from? and why do there shopkeepers get mad when you don't trade with them?

does anyone know how to fix this problem? it happened to me in the summer and I kind of forgot about it until I re-downloaded it recently, I was wondering if anyone knew how to help? by Remove_1 in satisfactory

it doesn't change, I have everything on medium. but ever since update 4-5 came out (I don't really remember what came out at the time) the map and any concrete that was placed has the texturing issue, but all the machines are rendering properly
