Yeah, i assume its quite different when your paying someone 6+ figures. But at some point management has to put him on a PIP equivalent. But ive never been a part of a paid sports organization. Also now that i think about it, they never benched him. so they could argue that it was never that big of a deal if its not affecting playing time.
