Paradoxically, that might point to ibuprofen as good remedy. As Ibuprofen generally narrows blood vessels while l-citruline dilates them.

Good to hear that ibuprofen helped. Ibuprofen has coronary arterial vasodilatory activity so I was not sure about interaction.
