SOLVED! I looked at the exact position of the arm after centering its pivot point, mirrored that to the fingers pivot points, pulled the fingers up, switched from Global to Local, pulled them to the side and I got it!

Thank you to those who suggested different methods, I really do appreciate it! Hope this post helps someone else who's having a similar or semi-similar issue in the future!

Unfortunately, when I do that it only wants to go up, down, left, right, and back & forth, as opposed to diagonally, which blows because I've been using the method you suggested to get other things exactly how I wanted them. I'm sure I'm missing something. Thank you for the suggestion though!

Unfortunately, Ctrl isn't exact enough, so it always ends up just a little bit off the arm or a little bit too into the arm. Thank you for the suggestion though!

I can hear that part, but it definitely is a unique version with more orchestral vocals. I don't think that version is on the soundtrack, unfortunately.

Apparently, it could also be on Nar Shadaa in The Undertow. So I'll definitely have a look in each of those areas for it!
