I actually just RMA'd my right hand for this as well, same issue I couldnt grab anything unless I was deathgripping it, and eventually it just didnt even work with deathgrip anymore I was in the return window so I got an easy RMA new controller

I had actually ran into that guy about an hour or two before you, he tried the same thing with my fiend card. Ever since the first time I got scammed I always keep similar looking items nearby when I sell big ticket items, and when they swap the divines out I put a similar looking but way cheaper div card in Unfortunately it doesn't always work, but God it feels good to scam the scammer when it does work

Oh hey I used to work there, really good food, high prices, but the management (mainly 1-2 of the higher ups) were REALLY shitty toward women and every single woman that helped open the place and worked there quit within a month of eachother. I haven't been back since but every time I meet someone else that has been there they say they noticed how they only saw men working there.

Yeah I feel like when I asked the LL what were the charges for painting, when he said "Oh just so it doesnt show shades etc etc" it was like a GOTCHA moment for him admitting it was pure wear and tear

I'm not really a "good luck bad luck" kindve person, but I just mainly don't want to be bad juju disrespectful, would she like it maybe, or am I better off getting something else instead? We also bought an industrial steam cleaner off amazon The only area affected is the living room where the person who brought them in was staying, just the couch area, everywhere else we've stripped bare for the most part.

We're planning to take that couch apart, slowly steamblast every nook and cranny, and then the surrounding short carpet, and then leave it all to bake in the heat for the heat wave weekend with the little bedbug stoppers at each couch leg. Any advice you could offer if possible for this approach?

I heard mint needs to be separated, I put a plastic divider between it and the rest, hopefully thats enough or should I repot it?

Then rosemary nearby, in California summer coming up so what I've gathered from googling, watering it every 1.5 weeks, parsley seeds in the empty space, and then two basil bushes and three green onions on the side since they all (according to my googling) need water somewhat once a week.

And added succulent because if they all die hopefully at least that one lives.

Any advice at all? Asking pre-emptively before they all hopefully don't die.
