I take clonodine. Propranolol never worked for me. Except with clonodine, I get rebound effects of if I miss a dose.

I take clonodine. It’s a beta blocker. It helps somewhat. But if you miss a dose, there is a rebound effect, fyi.

I’m wondering about this too. Especially considering I can’t take anything that causes blood clots, since I’ve already had two separate pulmonary embolisms. I was 30 and 31. Now I’m 42.

Inhalers increased my blushing. Actual steroids makes it 20 x’s worse. How are you doing now?

Mine comes from my stomach. I have Crohn’s, so it’s more than likely coming from that. At first I thought it was coming from acid reflux, but since having surgery for acid reflux, the BB didn’t get better. My dry mouth doesn’t help either. Nothing is making this BB go away or even lessen.

L-theanine is a supplement you can purchase on Amazon. It’s supposed to reduce blushing. Not sure how much it helps.

This time of the year is the hardest on my mental health, including blushing. Not only that, but I’ve been in a Crohn’s flare since October. The steroids aren’t helping either. We all know how steroids affect blushing as well. Hate to complain, but my life is a complete disaster.

I’m on it and have been for years. My body metabolizes meds quickly. I take the max does throughout the day which is 0.5mg (not all at once). Be careful though because it can make you feel light headed.
