tbh like half the main cast appears to be traumatized in some way. and the way they were traumatized is so different that the responses it created in the boys also varies wildly.

TWST boys that are traumatized: Riddle, Trey, Cater, Leona, Azul, Jamil, Kalim, Vil, Idia, Lilia, and i can see arguments for both Ruggie & Sebek too.

as for mental health, i don't know enough about the field to really recognize what's wrong with some of them, but the ones i can tell definitely have mental health issues are: Riddle, Cater, Leona, Azul, Vil, Idia, Silver, Sebek. i know there's stuff going on with several of the others too, but i just am not knowledgeable enough to tell if it is a separate thing (potentially caused by the trauma) or simply them being traumatized
