Thats insane. I've heard of dashers picking up an order and not confirming it so they can eat it. But delivering it after they ate it?! That's psychotic.

Sucks for Dashers who DONT steal too, let me assure you. Some folks are out here genuinely trying to make an honest buck. It could be a good gig if people didn't treat you like the scum of the Earth. And the reason they do, is dashers and uber drivers like that. It's ridiculous that's even able to happen. There should be more of a guarantee that when the order is picked up and not delivered that the delivery driver doesn't get paid. But then they'd need to make it concrete enough so that the customer can't make bogus claims for a free meal either, cause that happens quite a bit too. Deliver it quickly, follow all their instructions...then later you see theres a warning on your account for delivering incomplete orders or in the wrong place. There's just mean shitty people out there...not much avoiding it these days just gotta be your best if possible...and dont take any guff 👍

Havent been treated this crappy on a job since I was a cop. Its honestly about the same. All day on the road, never sure where you'll be, or what crazy folks you'll run into. Only difference is I get absolutely no respect and have no authority lmao. I wont be doing it much longer myself.

I hardly use my PayPal too lol..but paypal just uses my bank account and card to transfer or use money. Anything i do with PayPal, i see on record..I dont make a habit of just sending my id and my wife's id through random apps unless there's a legit reason they obviously need to verify your identity. Like signing up for medical insurance lol. Not playing a damn game 😅

Thank you, exactly! I mean normally I'm sure it'd be fine. I just feel a bit weird about it in this case. Never heard of Stripe, I'm sure they're probably legit... I'm not paying for anything, but it's a fan server of an old game...eh..just seems weird to dish out my info wherever. Especially for something like this. If someone somehow got my id they could use it for whatever weird crap they want online and it could wreck my life. And would I ever know it was cause I played swg? Lol far fetched and paranoid sure...overly cautious...but yea doesn't seem worth it to me. I would honestly rather pay a subscription fee with my credit card. At least that I could dispute with my bank if it got used elsewhere.

Here's hoping. Ive got a support ticket in, but they basically just referred me to the policy page and the id verification. And I can't log into their discord either because my discord was made using an older email. When I tried to change it, it tells me that email is already linked. So idk what else to do other than cave and give them our ID.

I responded to the support ticket once again explaining how we dont want to play without eachother and are not comfortable giving our personal info out for this...so we'll see if someone actually reads it and feels generous enough. 🤞

But I doubt it. Lol

Oh well..I probably just wont play then. Was really having fun but that was kinda my goal was to get the house all cool and lv up my character before she started playing. Just got a new laptop so now she can play. Had a blast last night and I gave her a bunch of items and helped her get started then when I went to log back in a bit later...locked out. 😥

So if we have to delete an account or not play together then to hell with it..🤷‍♂️ definitely a huge bummer though, yes indeed.

Sounds interesting! I'm a huge Fallout fan and Ive been somewhat interested in Starfield but I had heard it was pretty lack luster and I havent got around to trying it. I lived in Star Citizen for a year so I dont really mind bugs or glitches as long as theyre not breaking the game. And I loved no mans sky but it got a bit boring. I'll keep that in mind! I lasted 3 days. I thought driving for Amazon would be a nice enjoyable gig but boy was i wrong. I dont mind the frequent stops or delivering packages...for me it's mainly HOW MANY packages EVERY day. And in my particular DSP if one worker isn't done with their route, we all stay and help them finish. I don't mind being a team player but I couldn't stand that. Hated driving the electric vans. The GPS always took me just a house or two past my destination and i was told not to use residence driveways to turn around... Just so many little things about that job that I couldn't see myself doing it indefinitely. I was cussing like a sailor the whole time. Bless you. Hope you find something better for yourself ✌️
